Triple Seven Candidates Introduction
At Triple Seven we appreciate the importance of our candidates. Your skills and experience is what we sell to our clients and as such taking care of you is fundamental to the success of our business.
Our consultants are trained to respond to each and every candidate we engage with in the recruitment process, keeping you in the loop so you know exactly where you stand. This is reflected in our 48 hour rule - you will receive a phone call or email update on any applications in progress every two days at least.
To make sure the process runs smoothly for you, we're going to need a few things. You need to keep communication lines clear throughout the process. We require candidates to be open with their consultant, to return calls, emails or text messages as soon as possible and to keep the process moving as quickly as your schedule allows. A speedy process always makes a successful conclusion more likely. If you can't make a pre arranged meeting, you need to give us as much notice as possible so we can manage the change of plans with the client without it reflecting badly on either us or yourself. You need to be totally honest about all the information you give us, especially when it gets down to the nitty gritty of remuneration. As long as you can manage these fundamental elements, we'll be excited about working with you and we'll be set for a fantastic relationship.
Response to Applications
Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of applications we receive, we cannot respond to everyone, no matter how hard we try. If you have not received a call within 2 working days of your application, you can presume that you are not right for the particular role for which you applied. We encourage you to get in contact over the phone if you wish to follow this up. It's very unlikely, but your CV may just have been over looked. It's always worth the call. We also encourage you to re-apply for other positions as they may better suit your skills set.
Laws of Representation
Triple Seven Resources strictly follows The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. We will provide you of full information regarding this when you begin working with us and we represent you to any roles. It ensures that you are well aware of where your CV is being sent and all reputable agencies will follow this practice. Section 19 can be found by clicking here.
Feedback
We're not perfect. We all make mistakes. If you are not receiving the service we promise or you expect, have been waiting too long for feedback or have a general comment to make about the service you have received, positive or negative, please email support@triplesevenresources.com. Alternatively you can call and speak directly with David Hood, Michael Cleavely or Ben Russell and pass on your thoughts. We treat feedback with the greatest importance and confidentiality.
As a client you won’t be hounded by calls, sent CVs with no relevance or be left wondering what’s taking so long. You’ll have a personal relationship with one of our management consultants and a team of resourcers searching for the perfect person to fill your role.
